Project Description: Phase I (Laboratory study) Determine 1) the regeneration time and 2) wash resistance of PBO Vector Guard® in comparison with PBO Olyset®Plus and pyrethroid only Royal Sentry® 2.0 against laboratory-reared fully susceptible Anopheles gambiae s.s. and pyrethroid-resistant An. arabiensis. Phase II (Experimental hut) Determine the non-inferiority of PBO Vector Guard in comparison with PBO Olyset®Plus and the superiority of PBO Vector Guard and PBO Olyset®Plus to pyrethroid only Royal Sentry® 2.0 against wild pyrethroid-resistant An....
